About The Position
Are you a natural leader stuck in a role with no upward mobility? Altig Organization is looking for high-potential individuals to join us as Leadership Specialists. While you will start by mastering our virtual benefits process, this role is specifically designed for those who want to build and lead their own remote teams. We provide the roadmap; you provide the drive and the vision to help us expand our virtual footprint. The Road to Leadership Within 6–12 months, successful Specialists are eligible to transition into a Virtual Team Lead role. You will move from individual production to coaching a remote team of 5–10 Specialists, focusing on digital recruitment, performance metrics, and remote culture building. Make Tomorrow Better With Us
Responsibilities
- Master the virtual client enrollment process within your first 90 days.
- Complete our "Digital Leadership" training module.
- Meet and exceed service benchmarks to qualify for the leadership track.
- Act as a "Virtual Shadow" mentor for new hires once certified.
- Use data-driven insights to help improve team-wide remote workflows.
- Cultivate a high-energy, inclusive environment across our digital platforms.
