HPSM’s Learning and Development department is seeking a fellow that will support the implementation of Cohorts 2 and 3 of the People Leaders Learning Program, a 16-week in-house learning program for leaders. This fellowship offers hands-on experience in learning design and program delivery by supporting the close of Cohort 2 and preparation for Cohort 3. Under high-directive supervision, the fellow will complete tasks related to program evaluation, communication coordination, material updates, session logistics, and facilitation support during e-learning, in-person, and virtual learning events.
