About The Position

The Leadership & Professional Development Manager designs, delivers, and evaluates programs that build leadership capability, enhance employee performance, and support career growth across the organization. This role partners closely with senior leaders, HR, and subject-matter experts to align development initiatives with organizational strategy and culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership development, training, talent development, or organizational development
  • Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating leadership or professional development programs
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and assessment tools
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable development strategies

  • Master’s preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement leadership development programs for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders
  • Create professional development curricula, workshops, and learning pathways (in-person, virtual, and blended)
  • Assess organizational and individual development needs through data, feedback, and performance metrics
  • Facilitate leadership training sessions, coaching, and group learning experiences
  • Manage external vendors, consultants, and training providers as needed
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams on succession planning, talent development, and performance initiatives
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and ROI; continuously improve offerings based on feedback and outcomes
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and growth
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and program resources
  • Stay current on leadership trends, adult learning principles, and professional development best practices
