In our Leadership Development Program, you will: Learn how to run a restaurant business from the ground up Learn about your leadership style, achieve real business results, and lead people at a high level Set yourself up for success in any future career path you choose Work directly with the Owner/Operator throughout your journey At the end of the program, have the chance to join Chick-fil-A Eau Claire's Director team or apply to Chick-fil-A's Corporate Leadership Development Program This is a full-time position, and interested candidates should know that hard work and dedication are prerequisites for the position.
