About The Position
Sheridan’s Print & Leadership Development is a 48 week paid program that immerses you in every part of our business—from production to operations to customer success. When you complete the initial orientation, a 24-week rotational program, you’ll move into a 24-week leadership growth program where you’ll sharpen skills in communication, problem-solving, and leading teams.
