The Leadership Development Partner designs and delivers leadership development programs that strengthen organizational capability and support a high-performing, values-driven workforce. This role collaborates closely with the Manager of Organizational Training and key stakeholders to create learning initiatives aligned with Goodwill Southeast Georgia’s mission, culture, and strategic goals. Through structured training, onboarding, coaching, and succession planning, the Leadership Development Partner develops current and future leaders while reinforcing core values and fostering a cohesive organizational culture.
