About The Position

The Leadership Development Facilitator designs and leads interactive sessions to foster collaboration, trust, and effective communication among City of Minneapolis teams. This role helps strengthen workplace culture and promote inclusion through engaging, evidence-based activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
  • 5+ years of facilitation experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in group dynamics, conflict resolution, and engagement design.
  • Certification in DiSC, MBTI, or similar facilitation frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver customized team-building workshops.
  • Facilitate exercises that enhance trust, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with City HR staff to tailor sessions to departmental needs.
  • Collect feedback and report on participant outcomes and recommendations.
