About The Position

Join the MPW team! We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Leadership Coach to help develop supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders across our organization. In this role, you’ll deliver hands-on leadership training, provide one-on-one coaching, and serve as a role model for MPW’s values, culture, and safety-first mindset.

Requirements

• A passion for developing people and strengthening leadership skills
• Credibility earned through real-world leadership experience
• Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Adult Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a corporate or operational environment
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing supervisors and managers
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–40%

Responsibilities

• Facilitate leadership development programs using practical, experience-based training
• Coach leaders before, during, and after training to reinforce learning and drive behavior change
• Partner with operations and HR to align training with business needs and workforce challenges
• Share best practices and institutional knowledge that support MPW’s mission and values
• Adapt training materials based on feedback and evolving organizational priorities
• Promote positive employee relations, professionalism, and a strong safety culture
