About The Position

Success Academy is seeking a strategic, outcomes-driven product leader to own and evolve our digital product ecosystem. You will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution across our core domains within our school operations and family experience. You will lead the product organization and collaborate with our Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience groups to shape the product strategy and deliver high-quality, scalable, and cohesive user experiences.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including 3 - 5+ years leading product teams
  • Proven experience owning and scaling complex, multi-surface digital products (web, mobile, CRM-backed platforms)
  • Strong track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Experience building and managing product organizations, including coaching and developing product managers or product owners
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels - setting vision while ensuring delivery
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics, experimentation, and user research
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, priorities, and tradeoffs

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive a unified product vision and strategy across the full family lifecycle, prioritizing high-impact opportunities that advance organizational growth and user experience.
  • Organizational Leadership: Build, structure, and lead a high-performing product organization aligned to core domains, developing strong product owners with clear accountability for outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the central product leader across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery of cohesive end-to-end experiences.
  • Product Lifecycle & Delivery Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring disciplined execution, clear roadmaps, and consistent delivery of high-quality, outcome-driven products.
  • Customer & Data-Driven Decision Making: Embed a deep understanding of user needs and a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging analytics, research, and experimentation to continuously improve product outcomes.
  • Platform & Ecosystem Strategy: Define and guide the long-term platform and technology ecosystem strategy, driving simplification and scalability to support a seamless user experience.
