About The Position

1) Manage the Preventive Maintenance System (INFOR), ensuring that they are performed correctly and close the work orders that are generated from the MP in molding and building, ensuring 100% compliance in MP`s. 2) Coordinate activities per week to eliminate faults of the Top 3 Dead Time machines, verifying that they are effective. 3) Ensures that they are registered in the system of critical spare parts for the area of ​​molding and building, as well as the wear parts. All of them registered in the spare parts warehouse, taking a minimum and a maximum of each one of them. 4) Attend production meetings to give actions or plans of action of the most common faults and with greater Dead Time. 5) Attend Engineering Change Meetings. 6) Coordinates activities for annual maintenance of electric Sub-station, Compressors and Chillers. 7) Coordinate vacations, overtime, permits of maintenance technicians and supervisors. 8) Make downtime graphs, MP compliance of the areas of Molding, FIP and Building to present to the management of the department. 9) Implement ideas for improvements, saving energy for the benefit of the plant

Requirements

• 2-5 Minimum Years of Experience with Industrial Maintenance experience.
• 3-5 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry.
• Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.
• Knowledge of Timer’s & Counter theory
• Knowledge of Electronics’ theory
• Knowledge of Encoders/decoders theory
• Knowledge of OHM’s Law
• Knowledge of Hydraulics theory & functionality
• Forklift experience. (Certification will be required).
• Overhead crane experience (Certification will be required).
• TS 16949 awareness.
• ISO 14001 orientation / awareness training.
• Internal Customer service oriented.
• Possess a passion for excellence.
• Attention to detail.
• Team oriented.
• Excellent math skills.
• Bachelor's Level Degree
• Area of Study: Engineering, Technical Engineering Degree or similar.
• Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.
• Ability to work with and improve documented manufacturing standards.
