We boldly go. Job Summary: The principal function of the Leader GRE Construction Project Delivery is oversight and responsibility for all activities required for successful project delivery. Activities include procurement/contracting, initiating, executing, financial responsibility and reporting, monitoring, controlling and close out for a portfolio of construction projects in support of the Trane Global Real Estate Group. Key focus areas Site Selection, Construction, Economic Incentives to support additional facilities, expansions, and relocations. The GRE team is responsible for real estate related projects and the management of the portfolio of over 800 leased and owned property locations consisting of more than 20 million square feet. This role is also responsible for the development of standards and monitoring for furniture, fixtures, construction and move management. This role may oversee ground up development for build-to-suite, general construction, and or monitor third party PM activities. There could be projects outside of North America.
