Requirements

Previous food service or retail experience preferred but not required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and customer-focused
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Take charge of shift flow and keep the team moving with purpose
Motivate and support team members with clear guidance and encouragement
Train crew on guest service, food prep, and cleanliness standards
Step in to assist guests and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
Ensure every smoothie, bowl, and juice meets our freshness and quality standards
Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for action
Work closely with management to uphold Jamba's mission and goals
