About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Workday Product Analyst, Talent Acquisition who will be a key member of the Workday Talent Acquisition Product Team. As a Lead Workday Product Analyst and a member of the Talent Acquisition Product Team, you will plan and execute business configuration of software products. You will collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, system users, and stakeholders to understand and document existing and proposed business processes and requirements. Additionally, you will execute configuration changes and acceptance testing and support readiness activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Experience implementing and optimizing Workday Talent Acquisition or other talent acquisition capabilities
  • Experience configuring, enhancing, and operating Workday modules including Core HR, Compensation, and/or Talent Management
  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops and structured discussions to achieve client objectives and desired outcomes
  • Experience working with HR systems in a complex, regulated, global environment with multiple integrations
  • Ability to operate within cross‑functional workstreams to deliver projects with quality, speed, and predictability
  • Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into clear, actionable user stories
  • Experience working as part of Agile teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
