About The Position

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Wealth Advisor to join their dynamic team in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. As a Lead Wealth Advisor, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional wealth management services to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through tailored financial plans, investment strategies, and comprehensive financial advice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CFP, CFA, CPA, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in wealth management or financial advisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial information and provide sound recommendations.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards in financial advising.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in managing a diverse client portfolio with complex financial needs.
  • Background in asset management, estate planning, or tax strategies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial planning software and investment management tools.
  • Experience in sales and business development within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to become their trusted financial advisor.
  • Assess clients’ financial needs and create customized wealth management strategies.
  • Provide continuous monitoring and adjustment of clients' investment portfolios.
  • Stay informed about market trends and financial regulations to offer sound advice.
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare comprehensive reports for clients.
  • Collaborate with other financial professionals to ensure all aspects of clients’ financial health are addressed.
  • Lead and mentor junior advisors and support staff, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base and firm revenue.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to improve expertise and industry knowledge.
