About The Position

As a Warehouse Lead at Southern CaseArts, you will be responsible for implementing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure that targets and inventory standards are achieved. This person will work closely with all departments to ensure employees are trained and NAV inventory processes are maintained throughout the workflow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Detail oriented
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Competency with computers
• Competency with MS Excel or equivalent software
• Will work primarily in an office environment sitting, walking and other movements as expected in office job; may also work in manufacturing environment.
• Will work on a computer using a variety of MS Office programs and related software.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and delegate/direct work team members to meet production demands, schedules, quality, and quantity requirements. Also training, transition and supervision of temporary employees in maintaining NAV Inventory Systems processes.
• Responsible for maintaining and transferring of parts in NAV Inventory Systems and closing out of work orders.
• Assure inventory system and process are carefully maintained on a timely basis.
• Delegate and coordinate assignments as necessary to effectively utilize team members, equipment, materials for production.
• Coach/train team members on areas such as performance, quality, and safety.
• Support all departments in identifying and resolving implementation obstacles.
