Requirements

3+ years of experience and at least 18 years old
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience as a f orklift d river (c ertification will be offered on the job )
Expertise in operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, and pallet jack
High s chool d iploma or equivalent
Strong English oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide support to drivers and warehouse personnel
Oversee the efficient operation of the yard, warehouse, and all vehicles
Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork
Provide additional oversight to the maintenance of equipment
Determine storage location for products
Complete Hazardous Material shipping papers and train drivers and warehouse workers about transportation rules and regulations
Meet and complete all regulatory safety and training requirements
Ensure that all parts are in stock and maintain proper parts inventory
Organize and maintain safety training and records
Build influence across teams, advising on financial and operational matters while fostering clear communication to support organizational goals.
