Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience and at least 18 years old
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience as a f orklift d river (c ertification will be offered on the job )
  • Expertise in operating material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, and pallet jack
  • High s chool d iploma or equivalent
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to drivers and warehouse personnel
  • Oversee the efficient operation of the yard, warehouse, and all vehicles
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork
  • Provide additional oversight to the maintenance of equipment
  • Determine storage location for products
  • Complete Hazardous Material shipping papers and train drivers and warehouse workers about transportation rules and regulations
  • Meet and complete all regulatory safety and training requirements
  • Ensure that all parts are in stock and maintain proper parts inventory
  • Organize and maintain safety training and records
  • Build influence across teams, advising on financial and operational matters while fostering clear communication to support organizational goals.
