About The Position

JOB DETAILS Base pay starts at $21.75 per hour 1st Shift: 6:00AM - 5:00PM Duties and Responsibilities Lead Warehouse Associates lead and manage warehouse operations and employees while ensuring exceptional customer service. Improve employee productivity through coaching and instruction CDL preferred to service customers via delivery Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage. Assist co-workers and customers Perform administrative tasks and duties including data entry and system updates within the ERP system and associated software applications Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment Perform inventory management and housekeeping duties Perform work in a safe and efficient manner Perform routine preventive maintenance, adjustments, and lubrication on equipment and production tools as required to maintain proper operation. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane
  • Knowledge of basic computer software
  • Ability to resolve problems both internally and with customers
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A combination of education and experience may be qualifying
