What you will do: Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand. Load materials into vehicles and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit. Generate manifest paperwork and cross check loads for accuracy Learn to safely operate all the necessary equipment in work area. Operate industrial truck or electric pallet jack to assist in loading or moving materials and products Assist in training and development of associates. Monitor attendance, hours worked and job performance. Perform all assigned duties in a professional and ethical manner in accordance with OneSource policies. Participates in and follows all OneSource policies, guidelines, safety protocols and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Other responsibilities may be assigned. What you will bring: High school or equivalent diploma One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience Knowledge of safety practices, and wears PPE as assigned Skill in lifting heavy packages and objects Strong work ethic to work independently and cooperatively as a team player Knowledge of Cal OSHA Experience in warehouse operations, preferably with electrical components Familiarity with warehouse routing systems and inventory software Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus) Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook Experience in chaining and strapping preferred. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels Requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods Lift and/or move 25 lbs and may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs Use of PPE as required Mix of warehouse and office work environments Requires punctual and reliable on-site attendance

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience
