About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a Lead Warehouse Associate and take on a key leadership role within our wholesale operations. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, guide and support a team of Warehouse Associates, and ensure the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency are consistently met. Requirements

  • 4-5 years of warehouse or logistics operational experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team while fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems, handheld scanning devices (barcode/RFID), computer literacy, and basic math skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills with reliable and punctual work habits
  • Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly, stand/walk for extended periods, navigate warehouse spaces, climb ladders, and bend/reach as needed
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and OSHA compliance
  • Forklift certification required

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development - Lead, mentor, and support a team of Warehouse Associates, assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and onboarding new team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Management & Operations - Oversee the receiving, binning, and shipping of orders using barcode/RFID scanning technology while managing purchase orders, transfers, and accurate product placement throughout the facility.
  • Equipment & Warehouse Organization - Safely operate and monitor the use of material handling equipment, including forklifts, ensuring daily pre-trip inspections, proper safety protocols, and systematic storage operations are maintained.
  • Quality Control & System Management - Process and oversee inventory through warehouse management systems, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and documentation while proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting - Partner with Store Associates, Sales Managers, and other departments while communicating daily operational updates and team performance to the Warehouse Manager, adhering to OSHA guidelines and company safety standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
