Requirements

DCF 45 Hours (active and completed)
VPK Certified
Active CDA, or Associate's/Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
1+ year in a licensed childcare setting
Proven leadership in a VPK classroom
CPR & First Aid Certified
Background Check Passed
Must be 18 or older
Available Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

Lead the Learning: Design and implement a creative and impactful VPK curriculum
Mentor Your Team: Guide and support assistant teachers to foster a cohesive classroom
Partner With Parents: Build strong, ongoing relationships and share progress updates with families
