The Lead Vizient Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming complex healthcare data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making and performance improvement across UI Health Care. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of Vizient Clinical Data Base (CDB) data, and for delivering comprehensive analyses that highlight both opportunities and successes. This role leads the development of data-driven insights that inform executive leadership, clinical departments, and operational teams. The Lead Vizient Data Analyst will guide the analytics team in producing high-impact reports and dashboards and will collaborate across departments to ensure insights are translated into measurable action. This position is eligible for remote work within Iowa and will require a work arrangement form to be completed upon the start of your employment. Per policy, work arrangements will be reviewed annually, and must comply with the remote work program and related policies and employee travel policy when working at a remote location.
