Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and mentorship
Champion high standards of patient care and clinical excellence
Support team development, coaching, and performance growth
Deliver high-quality care
Build strong client relationships and promote preventative health care
Collaborate with the Practice Manager on workflow, efficiency, and team engagement
