Responsibilities

Coordinate all procedures and add-ons for Surgery and Neurology, keeping the day running smoothly
Monitor treatment queues and check off completed tasks
Assign and delegate cases to maintain efficient workflow
Assist with patient treatments in both Surgery and Neurology
Ensure top-quality patient care through digital treatment sheets
Keep the team productive during downtime by proactively assigning tasks
Wrap up end-of-day responsibilities efficiently
Communicate with leadership if extra support is needed
