Lead Valet
About The Position
Our Lead Valet helps oversee a valet team of 2. This role ensures compliance with all policies and procedures, enforces our service standards, and utilizes strong communication when interacting with guests as well as associates. This professional remains organized and compassionate while setting the tone for our team! $20.00 per hour, PLUS tips! MONDAY through FRIDAY: 11:00am-6:00pm PAID TIME OFF WALK OUT OF WORK WITH $$ DAILY MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION BENEFITS FULL-TIME FIRST SHIFT! NO EVENINGS, NO WEEKENDS BENEFITS: PAID time off!!! Requirements
- 3yrs continuous Driver's License experience
- License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed
- No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
- No major moving violations within the last 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related violations within the last 3 years
- Positive Teamwork Mindset!
- Great communication skills!
- Clean-cut appearance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Have a clean driving record and be capable of passing a driving test
- Minimum 2yrs customer service experience
- Ability to walk, stand, and run for an 8 hour shift
- Tolerance for inclement weather
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time
- Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it
