Foxtrot Aviation Services is seeking a Lead Utility Maintenance Technician with commercial or industrial maintenance experience to support second-shift operations at Tucson International Airport. This is a hands-on lead role in a regulated aviation environment and is intended for candidates with experience in industrial facilities, manufacturing, warehouses, or large commercial buildings. Residential or general handyman backgrounds are not aligned with this position. This role serves as the primary maintenance presence on second shift and requires the ability to work independently, set safety and quality standards, and escalate issues appropriately. Role Overview Act as the lead maintenance technician on second shift, operating with limited supervision Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment Serve as the point of contact for night-shift maintenance issues Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with airport, customer, and company standards Track work orders, inspections, and repairs using a Maintenance Management System (MMS/CMMS)
