About The Position
The candidate must: Support the SLT in supervising daily tour operations Ensure proper assignment of tour guides for daily and special events Conduct tours for general and specialized audiences Maintain readiness of tour materials and equipment Serve as backup for PM or TS when necessary Enforce tour policies, crowd control, and safety procedures
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a tour setting
- At least 1 year public speaking experience with groups over 30
- At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Current CPR certification
- Must pass BEP security clearance
