Requirements

WA State ECE Certificate or a degree in Early Childhood Education or Education
Minimum 1 year of experience in a school or childcare setting
Ability to meet WA State licensing and staff file requirements
Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage warmly with families and colleagues
Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for Early Childhood Education

Nice To Haves

Mandarin language proficiency is highly preferred
