About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Childcare experience required
- Toddler classroom experience preferred
- Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
Responsibilities
- Lead a toddler classroom with consistent routines and responsive care
- Support developmental milestones through sensory play and guided interaction
- Maintain a safe, structured classroom environment
- Partner with assistant teachers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Communicate regularly with families about routines and progress
- Follow all Virginia licensing and safety standards
