Requirements
- CDA or Associate’s in ECE Required
- This position involves caring for infants and toddlers, including lifting up to 50 lbs and engaging in daily classroom activities in accordance with state licensing standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead your infant or toddler classroom with warmth, creativity, and excellence
- Mentor assistant teachers and model The Gardner School’s core values
- Build lasting relationships with families through communication and collaboration
- Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans that support exploration and growth
- Ensure classroom safety, compliance, and a joyful, nurturing environment
- Caring for infants and toddlers, including lifting up to 50 lbs and engaging in daily classroom activities in accordance with state licensing standards.
Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on education and experience
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus: $250 is paid after 30 days of active employment, and $750 is paid after 90 days of active employment (eligibility and participation rules apply).
