The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. As a Lead Thrift Store Associate in one of our Thrift Stores, you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by assisting in the overall management of selling donated items; the profits of which go to fund our Programs and Services and make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 16 years of age
- Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customers!
- Ability to work weekends
Responsibilities
- Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
- Performs functions related to the daily opening, operation, and closing of a store
- Compiles daily sales and makes bank deposits
- Serves as a leader by providing training and directing the store employees
