Ideal Credit Union continues to grow larger each year and currently has six offices located in Eagan, Hugo, Inver Grove Heights, North Saint Paul, Stillwater and Woodbury. We have an immediate opening for a Lead Teller at our Stillwater office. This individual is responsible for ensuring members receive friendly, accurate, and timely assistance. This position is fully in-office. There is an expectation to travel, as needed, to other branches for training and to offer help. The hours for the position are outlined below as well as other hours as needed (this is a rotating two-week schedule): Week One Sunday: OFF Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Saturday: OFF Week One Total Hours = 40 Hours Week One Lunch Breaks are 30 Minutes Monday through Friday. Week Two Sunday: OFF Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Friday: 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Week Two Total Hours = 40 Hours Week Two Lunch Breaks are 30 Minutes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. This is Grade 7, Non-Exempt – Hourly, Full-time position with Benefits. The starting rate of pay for the position is $22.23 - $23.62 per Hour.
