Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services, with supervisory or leadership responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of credit union products, services, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in credit union software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and customer service excellence

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support front-line tellers to ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing
  • Assist in training, coaching, and evaluating teller staff to maintain high service standards
  • Handle member phone inquiries, providing professional and timely assistance
  • Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Support branch operations, including cash handling, balancing, and reporting
  • Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and enhance member satisfaction
  • Address and resolve member concerns or escalations promptly and professionally
