Rowe Price are playing a key role in helping build the future of financial services, working hand-in-hand with Technology teams and our business partners to build client experiences that are changing the way people invest. This role will serve as the Lead Technology Program Manager for the Individual Investor Growth League. A primary focus in 2026 for the league will be the Brokerage 1st program. This strategic initiative is foundational to advancing our II Retail Brokerage, Advice (Retire Inc, upcoming Hybrid Advice priorities), and most recently Goldman wealth management partnership. Brokerage First will deliver a modern, scalable platform that streamlines product distribution, improves user experience, digitizes manual processes, and elevates brokerage services. Key workstreams this leader will oversee include projects such as recordkeeper transitions, implementing a new Customer Identity Program to reduce account fraud, revamping new account setup, optimizing IRA rollovers, distributions, and expanding digital self-service.
