About The Position

Lead Technology Project & Program Manager The Digital Experience Group (DXG) is Wolters Kluwer’s global digital solutions organization, responsible for delivering the platforms and products that power critical decision‑making for professionals worldwide. DXG brings together modern engineering practices, strong product thinking, and responsible use of AI to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of product delivery. As DXG continues to expand the use of AI across its products and development practices, the organization is executing a growing portfolio of complex, cross‑functional initiatives to support innovation and adoption. Role Overview The Lead Technology Project & Program Manager plays a critical delivery leadership role within the DXG Program Office, responsible for planning and executing complex technology initiatives that span multiple teams and functions. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, applying sound judgment to balance scope, timelines, and outcomes within established strategic and governance frameworks. The Lead Program Manager may provide guidance or coordination for other project or program managers on an initiative, but this is not a formal people‑management role.
