About the Team: AT&T is looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager to join the Consumer Technology Experience (CTX) business unit. Someone who is passionate about the eCommerce industry and has analytical and multi-tasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Collaborates closely with UI/UX designers to transform user insights into intuitive, high-impact digital experiences. Demonstrates a deep understanding of design systems and user-centered design principles to ensure seamless product execution. Proven experience bridging the gap between design and development teams to deliver polished, user-friendly interfaces. About the Job: This role requires current Digital user (UI) experience. We need talent who understand UI/UX. Visual UI experience is a must, UX is nice to have. You must have experience working with UI/UX teams or design teams. This person will not design/develop but must have experience working closely with UI/UX (Visual designers), understand design principles and bring customer facing friendly experiences to life. We also need candidates with both high-volume websites and Customer Journey experience. B2C & e-Commerce experience is required. This is a technical job limited to technical organizations. The Lead Technical Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives. Requires familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices, service-oriented architecture, and product analytics, and experience in managing Ing complex or high-priority technical products and influencing strategic decisions related to the product. You will act as the CEO of your product area, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle and driving measurable business impact.
