About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to support the continued expansion and increased scope of the Enterprise Know Your Customer (eKYC) platform. As eKYC continues to integrate with additional systems and support new teams, this role will provide deep business systems analysis expertise to lead complex requirement discovery, technical analysis, and end-to-end solution design. This consultant will play a critical role in bridging business and technology, translating highly complex business needs into clear, accurate functional and data requirements. The role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to support system integrations, data field mappings, process flows, and operational readiness. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, experience working across large enterprise platforms, and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple initiatives while ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and regulatory needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting KYC, eKYC, AML, BSA/Compliance, or other regulatory-driven financial services platforms within a large, complex organization
• Demonstrated experience leading system integrations, data mapping, and process mapping across multiple upstream and downstream applications
• Strong ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into detailed functional, system, and data requirements for technology delivery teams

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
• Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
• Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
• Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
• Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
• Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
• Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
