About The Position

Wood is currently recruiting Lead Technician to join our team based out of Upton, Wyoming, which is located near Gillette, Wyoming. The Shift Lead is a hands-on, working lead responsible for day-to-day coordination of a shift crew and for operating controls at the Upton Demonstration Plant. Under the direct guidance of RER management and project consultants, this role ensures that all automated and manual systems are operated strictly in accordance with established protocols. You will be responsible for running plant controls and directing the Technicians while actively performing the same manual labor, piping construction, and sampling tasks as the Technicians. If your leadership style is pointing (rather than leading), this position is not for you.
