About The Position

Now Hiring: Lead Technician 📍 Location: Little Rock, AR Are you a skilled technician with expertise in trailer and tractor maintenance? Join our team as a Lead Technician and take charge of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining company-owned trailers, tractors (on and off-road), and heavy equipment.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a technician
Strong knowledge of brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently
Experience with welding and fabrication
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Comfortable standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair brake systems (including ABS) and wheel-end components
Repair electrical/lighting systems, suspension, and frame/body components
Maintain A/C and heating systems, engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose faults using manufacturer software
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections following Stella PM standards
Maintain certifications as a brake inspector, annual inspector, and A/C technician
Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling work, sourcing parts, and using Stella Maintenance software
Perform routine maintenance on trailers (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections)
Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies
