About The Position
As a Lead Technician, you'll oversee restoration and cleaning jobs from start to finish. You'll make sure the work is completed on time, the team has the tools and support they need, and the customer is satisfied. Requirements
- 3–5 years in a supervisory role in construction, restoration, or specialized cleaning.
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Must have reliable transportation to the office

Responsibilities
- Communicate with Production Manager and client.
- Visit site, assess needs, and plan next steps.
- Oversee project progress, timelines, safety, and quality.
- Complete final client checks and project paperwork.
- Mentor and support technicians, ensuring accountability.
