About The Position

Aeroseal is looking for a Lead Technician in Training that will assist us in our mission by leading crews at the daily level and ensuring adequate and efficient product installation of all scheduled units. Training should last approximately one year.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level critical thinker, creative problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable on ladders, basic hand tools, small power tools, etc.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft software
  • Physically fit enough to carry minimum 50lbs up flights of stairs
  • Reliable transportation to and from work, valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR prior to being hired

Nice To Haves

  • Prior management experience highly preferred, but not necessary
  • Construction experience preferred, but not necessary

Responsibilities

  • Work with the field technicians to prepare all units for Aeroseal Envelope and/or duct application, Prep includes, but isn’t limited to, taping around all operable windows, doors, HVAC equipment, supplies/returns, cut outs, etc.
  • Set up/maintain all necessary equipment, efficiently: including MCU, seal stations, compressors, generators, etc.
  • Understanding and Proficiency in the Aero Suite software, plug in the correct data to ensure all seals are being completed to the standards expected of our clients
  • Work with all onsite client-provided management to serve as our clients first point of contact
  • Understand the air sealing process, and use this information to identify potential issues during the application of our product
  • Professionally represent Aeroseal, LLC
