Greenhouse is looking for a Lead Technical Talent Acquisition Manager to manage full-cycle hiring for high-impact technical roles. You will operate in a unique environment: we are power users of the technology we build. As a senior, hands-on individual contributor, you will beta-test new product features, partner with Product and Engineering to provide feedback, and help our Talent Acquisition team become AI-first while sharing best technical recruiting practices with other team members. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, including a proven track record of managing senior leadership searches
  • Deep technical fluency, with a strong understanding of software engineering roles and hiring workflows.
  • Greenhouse expertise, with hands-on experience managing workflows within the platform.
  • An AI-forward mindset, with a demonstrated interest in using AI to improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to provide product-minded feedback to technical teams.
  • Advanced sourcing skills for specialized, hard-to-fill roles.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CoderPad or similar technical interview tools.
  • Experience recruiting in international markets (e.g., Canada or Argentina).
  • Experience or a desire to represent a company through webinars, events, or thought leadership

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles across Engineering, Product, Data, and IT.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on role definition, interview design, and closing strategies.
  • Beta-test Greenhouse products, providing actionable feedback to R&D to ensure our platform remains best-in-class.
  • Drive AI adoption by embedding AI tools into sourcing, screening, and operational workflows to reduce manual effort and increase recruiter efficiency.
  • Optimize technical interviews, including live coding and pairing exercises.
  • Analyze recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve hiring outcomes and strategy.
  • Facilitate regular knowledge sharing and calibration to elevate the team’s collective technical expertise and market intelligence.
  • Ensure a high-quality experience for every candidate.
