About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Technical Recruiter to spearhead full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles across various domains, including engineering, avionics, robotics, software, and manufacturing. You will develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent while building and maintaining pipelines of high-quality candidates for critical roles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in aerospace, robotics, hardware, or deep-tech environments.
  • 1+ years of experience leading and growing a recruiting team.
  • Proven experience recruiting for highly specialized engineering roles.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting.
  • Technical recruiting expertise in manufacturing.
  • Engineering recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, including engineering, avionics, robotics, software, and manufacturing.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality candidates for critical technical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to recruiters, prioritizing hiring efforts and aligning recruiting resources with company needs.
  • Share best practices on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruiting execution.
  • Mentor and coach recruiters to support their continued development.
  • Work closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and timelines.
  • Provide insights on talent markets and candidate availability.
  • Advise and guide hiring managers on recruiting strategy, interview process structure, negotiations, and candidate closures.
  • Ensure candidates have a high-quality and professional interview experience.
  • Collaborate with People and Culture, IT, and Finance teams to maintain efficient recruiting workflows and systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, quality, and speed.
  • Develop scalable recruiting processes that support company growth.
  • Ensure data integrity through real-time ATS updates to provide usable and accurate metrics.
