It serves as a core component of Mastercard’s zero trust strategy, enabling network micro-segmentation across global data centers. The NaaS platform integrates software engineering, network operations, security, and infrastructure teams, operating at high scale with stringent reliability and security requirements. This Lead Technical Program Manager role is central to the NaaS system, responsible for driving delivery across teams that manage control planes, automation pipelines, operational tooling, and customer-facing workflows. The position involves owning the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-team initiatives that are foundational to the development, operation, and scaling of the NaaS platform.
