Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
  • Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
  • Proven experience leading technical project migrations, with a demonstrated ability to drive projects and change initiatives from inception to successful delivery.
  • Strong business acumen, with expertise in Securities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc. or other finance-related functions within a major banking institution.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
  • Identifies and mitigates risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Utilizes advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
  • Leads change management initiatives across feature teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective release management, while aligning project outcomes with the technical roadmap and overarching product or business objectives.
  • Identifies and manages cross-pillar dependencies within the Technology Treasury Chief Investment Office (TCIO) organization, working with engineering teams to address gaps and issues.
  • Partners with Engineering Leads from the Execution and Finance pillars, driving seamless project execution to consistently meet team and organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a critical conduit between Product teams and Business Managers, proactively identifying gaps and challenges and mobilizing technical teams to deliver effective, timely solutions.
