What you'll do: Technical Sales Support and Consulting: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations, ensuring accurate representation and support of company products. Solution Design, Implementation, and Troubleshooting: Design innovative technology solutions, oversee their implementation and integration, analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure system functionality according to specifications. Client Interaction and Custom Solutions: Understand and analyze client requirements, deliver tailored systems/applications solutions, answer customer inquiries, and build mini applications to demonstrate feasibility. Expertise and Continuous Improvement: Leverage in-depth knowledge of company products and industry expertise to optimize solutions, monitor performance, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices. Independent Work and Additional Support: Work independently with minimal supervision, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, train clients and internal teams, create detailed documentation, and collaborate with development teams to enhance product offerings.
