As part of the Mid Markets Tier 3 Edge specialists team, this role will serve as a pre-sales solutions specialist, supporting sales teams and opportunities in advanced networking solutions across SD-WAN and SASE technologies. The consultant will be responsible for technical enablement, solutioning, and demo support for platforms including VeloCloud, Cisco, Aruba/HPE and FatPipe.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Certification is required in some areas

Responsibilities

  • Technical Sales Support and Consulting: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations, ensuring accurate representation and support of AT&T solutions to drive connectivity and VAS revenue growth
  • Solution Design, Implementation, and Troubleshooting: Design innovative technology solutions, oversee their implementation and integration, analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure system functionality according to specifications.
  • Client Interaction and Custom Solutions: Position provides technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications.
  • Expertise and Continuous Improvement: Leverage in-depth knowledge of company products and industry expertise to optimize solutions, monitor performance, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Requires seasoned in-depth knowledge of functional/process area and considered a subject matter expert
  • Independent Work and Additional Support: Consultant is typically viewed as a mentor or coach. Should be comfortable with and confident in leading training calls, working with sales leadership, running sales calls, collaborating with others including project management, marketing and support teams
