About The Position

We are looking to add a highly experienced Lead Diesel Mechanic to our team. This role will be focused on quality and efficient service to our fleet of semi-trucks and trailers.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent in related field preferred, (experience in lieu of experience)
• 2 years+ of diesel experience
• Working knowledge of the use of hand and power tools
• Having your own tools

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle or equipment systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification
• Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency
• Electrical system repairs
• Ensure all equipment meets DOT and other regulatory standards
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Track inventory and utilization
• Represent WSW Logistics in a manner that demonstrates our company values
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques
