About The Position
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Snowflake Architect to lead end-to-end data platform migration and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in Snowflake with customer-facing communication, whiteboarding, and team leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead Snowflake migration initiatives from legacy data warehouses (e.g., Teradata, Oracle, Redshift, or on-prem systems) to modern cloud-native architectures. Design and implement scalable Snowflake data platforms, covering schema design, performance tuning, workload management, and security architecture. Conduct whiteboarding and architecture workshops with customers to translate business goals into technical solutions and migration roadmaps. Drive hands-on development in key areas such as data ingestion, transformation (DBT, SQL), and orchestration (Airflow, ADF, or Talend).
