About The Position

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and maintain detailed business and technical requirements (Waterfall methodology) or user stories (Agile methodology). Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding, alignment of project goals, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and participate in testing and UAT activities to ensure requirements/user stories are accurately implemented and final deliverables meet business requirement and quality standards. Manage changes to requirements/user stories, assess their impact on project scope, timeline, and resources, and identify and mitigate related risks. Assist in project planning activities, such as creating timelines and resource allocation plans, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve requirements management/user stories processes and tools. Lead requirement analysis sessions to understand complex business processes and workflows, translating them into clear technical specifications and user stories. Provide technical insights and feasibility assessments related to Java frameworks, APIs, database interactions, and cloud deployments. Facilitate design discussions, helping to architect backend services that are modular, scalable, and maintainable. Oversee the creation of detailed process flows, data models, and interface designs that support microservices integration. Lead and mentor junior business analysts on best practices for technical analysis and communication. Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the software development lifecycle and support testing and validation efforts. Assist in risk identification, impact analysis, and mitigation planning related to backend service development. Act as a key communicator across cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on project status, changes, and priorities. Utilize ServiceNow, SAFe, SCRUM, Agile, JIRA, and Kanban. Utilize PowerBI, Python, SQL, and Data Analysis. Utilize Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture. Utilize AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodology; utilizing ServiceNow, SAFe, SCRUM, Agile, JIRA, and Kanban; utilizing PowerBI, Python, SQL, and Data Analysis; utilizing Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture; and utilizing AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
