As the Lead Teacher, you will create a classroom culture built on respect and inclusivity, ensuring every child feels valued. Through quality instruction and family engagement, you will help children thrive while fostering trust with families and colleagues. Requirements
- Be an adult of good physical, cognitive, social, and emotional health, and shall use mature judgment when making decisions impacting the quality of child care
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion
- Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, and oral)
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Qualifying degrees - must be a 2 or 4-year degree: AA ECE, BA ECE, BSED ECE, BSED Elem Ed with ECE Minor
- Degrees in Child Development and Family Sciences may be acceptable; transcript will be checked after submission of required application materials
- Experience working with children birth to age 5 and their families
- Valid Driver's License
